Grace Perkins|Design Studio Coordinator
Grace has been with DRB Homes since 2024 and is our ambassador of first impressions. She is responsible for many of the pre and post appointment activities that create a Design Studio experience that is enjoyable and seamless such as scheduling, interviewing, and greeting homebuyers. Grace enjoys working with homebuyers throughout the design selection process to help them create a home that reflects their personal style along with being functional and comfortable.
Outside of the Design Studio, Grace is an animal lover and outdoors person who stays active and spends time with her cats, family and friends.
Laurel Jimenez|Design Studio Consultant
Laurel has been with DRB Homes since 2022 and brings an artistic spirit to each Design Studio appointment. She also supports the customers’ preview experience through the development of our Design Studio curated packages and website content. Laurel’s education and background in family and consumer sciences, interior design, and hospitality brings a warm and inviting customer experience to the homebuyers who work with her.
As a native of West Virginia, Laurel is deeply rooted in many of the communities DRB Homes builds in. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, culinary experimentation and raising her daughter alongside her husband and loved ones.
Megan Brown|Design Studio Manager
Megan has been with DRB Homes since 2020 and has grown through each of her Design Studio roles to support the team and lead operations. Her background in formal fashion retail developed her understanding of how important a positive customer experience is during high investment and emotional transactions such as buying a wedding dress or purchasing a new home; both are often two of the most important events in peoples’ lives. Megan has a keen eye for design and attention to detail that allows her to help customers personalize their new home. She recognizes that each homebuyer has unique styles and needs and being a good listener ensures an experience tailored just for them.
Born and raised in Maryland horse country, Megan enjoys raising and caring for, riding and competitively showing her horses. When she is not at the Design Studio or the Barn, she is spending time with her family and friends.
